The dredge is a modified commercial clam dredge to better sample younger clam sizes (Munroe et al., 2023). For each tow, the total volume of clams caught and the number of individual clams caught were recorded. The realized tow distance was calculated from dredge sensor data that records time on bottom and time hauled back, and vessel track recordings.
